I think we haven’t recovered from our long ‘vacation’ yet. It has been our second week of homeschool but it seems we’ve had more off days this week than school days. Oh, forgive me but the teacher bas been quite lazy busy. I think, I’m the one who hasn’t recovered from the being on vacation. I have to set myself into work or homeschool mode as soon as possible , because I might end up rushing things again as I did last year.
But on the other hand, I’m not so worried of our ‘delay’ because even if I’m not homeschooling my daughter, she’s homeschooling herself! LOL!.. Never mind if she’s reading her readers and read alouds way ahead of schedule and I don’t get to ask her all the comprehension questions because she’s just jumping from one book to the next that I can’t seem to catch up. As for my son, he’s attention span has really improved much and he’s always excited with homeschool… now, you know who’s fault it is now for the ‘day offs’… LOL! Don’t worry, I’ll be a good teacher starting next week..
