Our Homeschool Room

Little by little, I’ve been training my homeschoolers to help me with the housework. One of the things that I ask them to do is to clean up the homeschool room and their play area right after they play. As you can see, our kids loves to play. If I can allow them to play the whole day and night, they will really do it. But I think I find this better than them watching TV the whole day. And by the way, they only watch TV on Saturday and Sunday evenings. But sometimes I get irritated after they play, because it would seem a tornado has passed in that room. Of course, I asked them to clean up and my daughter has no problem with this. It’s just my son who would be complaining that he’s so tired and etc. Sometimes, I wish that they can Unmistakably Clean the room, but I understand that they’re just kids and can’t really clean it up to an adult standard. But I’m glad that they can clean up on their own. Next, I will have to assign them to wash the dishes and do other simpler tasks.
