We had a failed trip to Ikea Bangkok during our last visit to Bangkok the other week. We planned to go there, but since we didn’t get bus tickets for the weekend due to the long Thai holiday, we had to cut our trip short. My daughter and I were quite disappointed with that failed trip since we were both looking forward in going there. I love going to Ikea since I get a lot of inspiration in maximizing space and beautifying the house at such low costs. I love the warehouse feel with their big pallet racks near the check out counter too. As for my daughter, she likes the ‘freedom’ when she’s there because she can try out all the chairs, beds and toys.
So after our failed trip to Ikea in Bangkok, I’m thinking of going to Ikea in Malaysia instead. We’re planning to go to Kidzania for my daughter’s birthday and since Ikea is just nearby, then maybe we can make a quick visit then. But I hope we won’t be so tired by then..
